GOD is bigger than the boogie man !

Just wanted to share a cute story. Eli usually always has something interesting to say on the way home from school. It is usually telling me something he or another child got in to. But today he pronounces "Did you know that GOD is bigger than the boogie man" I said he sure is buddy. What a great statement made by my 4 year old. I am sure he was taught this at school, he learns so many good and bad things there. But I am thankful that he is learning this. He marched around the house saying this all evening.

This evening after supper, we took the tent my Dad and stepmom got him for Christmas last year and set it up in his room. We got his sleeping bag, a flashlight and a back pack full of games and toys. We turned all his light out and piled into the tent and played until Trevor got home. He kept calling me girlscout while we were playing.

I have included a picture of him chowing down on some friendship bread. My friend Jessie gave me the starter while we were in WV visiting. Eli enjoyed squeezing and punching the bag every day and helping me make it and of course, eating it.
